It is a capable, seaworthy boat for the short run to the Gulf Stream. What it is not is a big sportfisher, so on a full day with 6 anglers the cabin and the cockpit are tight compared with a 50 foot boat, the trade for a lower price and a nimble, fishy hull.
The fishing and what you target
This is a Gulf Stream pelagic boat first. Off Palm Beach the deep blue water sits just a few miles out, so the boat is on the sailfish, mahi, wahoo, and blackfin tuna grounds within minutes of the inlet.
